I know it may seem odd a 2# loss after a 3# loss but I was a little backed up if you know what I mean and it let loose last night and today. Plus once my body hits around 200 and my cardio, diet and the summer heat hit I can burn fat at a high rate. Everyone enjoy the day and don`t overeat... too much ...
