Good morning everyone,

I hope this finds everyone well. The ear is better so i am at work today. I hope everyone has a great day. As JP says sometime...Lets Go!!!!

I know i probably shouldn't have done this but I stepped on the scales that our HR office has and if they are correct I know that i have lost at least 1.6lbs since last week. I will do my "offical" weigh in tomorrow night when i go to the gym, which i havent been since Monday.
