Impressive! Do you do cardio, or just lift? Whatever you're doing, it's working! I mostly do cardio, but seeing you and others like you have such great results, I think I may need to add more weights into my routine.

@Jess - I am in the anti-cardio camp for three principal reasons. First, I do not enjoy it. Second, I value my time. Third, I am not interested in having a runner's bod. If you love, running, by all means, do it. Otherwise, to me its just a time waster.

@Jess I believe that women benefit mightily from lifting. Heavy. Squats and dead lifts. Lifter girls are hot.
