well i finally ate a whole avocado today. i put a little lime juice on it and was able to get it done...it wasnt too bad at all. dont like the calories that go with it but i know that the fat is the good fat.

Make it in to guacamole! Mash it, put in some pico degallo, salt and pepper. It is so good. I put it on eggs, sandwich, use vegetables instead of chips, etc.
