hollipop's Journal, 21 January 2016

Day 3 of 24 day challenge down. Sticking to my meal plans and eating tasty food while having no cravings or feeling deprived. Have to make myself eat at times because the water fills me up. I drank 13 cups of water yesterday and the day before. Already drank 14 cups today and the day's not over! Aiming for a gallon of water a day (16 cups). Also, my energy is up, my pain is down, and my mind feels clearer. I am just feeling so great and inspired!
Just gotta keep my mojo going. The weekend is coming, which typically makes dieting harder plus the possibility of a bad winter storm. Don't like the idea of being cooped up all weekend!
I did go to the gym after work tonight and get in a workout. Prob won't make it back before Monday--they've already announced that they'll be closed tomorrow and I expect a repeat for the weekend.
Anyway, gonna get a shower and head to bed. Early to bed, early to rise. I'm counting on it! Lol
