I like butter, sour cream and either salsa or BBQ sauce, cheese is always a good option and bacon is never refused. I have not had one in 4 months. *drools*

I love my plan it works for me and I can still eat potatoes. Sorry that they have carbs for you low carbers as they a chock full of nutrients. Baked garnet yam is in the oven for dinner.

I looooove all starches but they hate me so i cut it all out. Don't even miss it.

I love them too but they tend to hate me... alot. Thus low carb works - does not mean I do not miss them just know better than to have them often. I think my son would turn into a potato. But he will not eat the skin.

Low carb is so good for so many of you. Totally support that it works for you. Made some walnuts toasted in butter to top my yams tonight.

Kelly laughing at being cranky with the salesman. My last car buying adventure was definitely interesting. Sprouts had walnuts for $3.99 a pound bought 2#. I really like them toasted in a pan with a bit of butter and salt and sprinkled on things. Cauliflower, cabbage, or green beans in your LC world or anyone's are amazing with a few walnuts toasted in butter.

Have you tried adding a little cinnamon & sprinkle of sweetener to your recipe?

Addie if you are talking about the walnuts, I sometimes do add cinnamon no sweetener as I will no longer use it, most isn't very good for you.
