Jillzee00's Journal, 27 April 2015

Totally disgueted with myself today. I expect to gain 10 pounds. I am not even going to record my food journal. Stressful day for me. I had a new heater installed. First off, I wasn't hungry. Then I couldn't get where I wanted to. Then ate pure junk. I haven't eaten chips. Dorito's or and Italian sub in ages. I age all and had wine. I feel totally sick to my stomach and disgusted with myself. Okay. Have to get over it, deal with the weight gain over the next week (it doesn't show up all at once) and get back on my schedule tomorrow. No cheat days this weekend and I have to hit the gym. Ugh, I feel sick to my stomach. I need so bad for someone to pull me up to the nex step on the mountain!

Well, look at it this way Jillzee; you have impeccable timing. Tomorrow is TENACIOUS TUESDAY & what better day could there be to get back on track. What's done is done. Let's get up in the morning with a laser focused fierceness on continuing our climb. When we fall, we get back up. So start your week over with a new vigor when the sun comes up; new day, new level of determination. Grab hold sister, cause we're going up this mountain together. You are a peak seeker & it is the peak you shall reach.

MEH, Jill, tomorrow is a new day.. everyone cheats but not every one is honest about it so kudos to you for putting it out there. Dont beat yourself up. If it makes you feel any better,,, I would so die for a dorito.. so dont fret LOL. And you prolly wont gain 10 lbs. I would prolly up the water intake this week. When you fall of your horse, just get right back on!!

I'm with redgirl... up your water intake... Should help you flush some of the junk food out of your system. I think the most important is to not get discouraged next week if you gain weight.

I agree - it happens, and then we move on! Think my 80-20 rule...we do great 80% of the time 20% is questionable! You just did ALL your 20% in one day.

A bad day happens to the best of us. The thing is to remember how disgusting you feel next time you're tempted to eat junk. Forgive yourself for today's boo-boos and get back on track tomorrow. You can do this!

Don't be too hard on yourself. This is one of those pick yourself off and dust yourself off moments. Get back on track tomorrow and move forward. :)

Thanks everyone. It's work day for me, so I'll be back on my schedule. My hubby took my daughter to school for me, but I'm still rushing. I'm hoping to get back on here tonight! I will record all my food today. I can't believe I ate chips and Dorito's. I don't even like Dorito's. LOL. I was headed to Subway for a Veggie delight, but then DH wanted one from a local sub shop. Oh well...it's done, but I can do better today.

Climbing that mountain again! My foot slipped yesterday, but I'm back on. I know I gained some from it--I can feel it. I'm not used to eating much salt and I had quite a bit yesterday. I'm still very positive and I am still going to do my best! THANK YOU EVERYONE for your support! It means the world to me!
