Wow! Can ya'll believe it? I'm journaling 2 days in a row!! lol
Even better than that...I stuck to my goals yesterday! I planned my meals and logged them yesterday, and only ate what I planned. I also walked 25 minutes on the treadmill! I would have walked a full 30 minutes, but had to pee, lol! Holding the urge is harder when you're walking! :)
Anyway, I also planned yesterday for my meals today, and have, so far, stayed on track. I will plan tomorrow's meals today. I think it helps me stay on target if my meal is planned so that I can look forward to it, and want to eat it, rather than coming up with something on the spot.
I will also walk a full 30 minutes tonight. Got the treadmill moved into the bedroom so that I can watch t.v. while I walk. It really does help me walk longer and not feel tired as quickly. So glad I'm getting back in the groove! :)
I'm been feeling really uncomfortable lately and I know it's just the extra weight, plus the heat doesn't help either. I really want to get back to feeling good--not just when I look in the mirror. Having all this weight back makes me feel older and so run down. I want it off!! And I will do it, I did it before and I can do it again!
