Hmm.
In a holding pattern. (Which, in maintenance, is the whole idea,) but I have been eating at a level that I have been eating at for months... and losing. Hmm. On Easter I had a lot of wine and I had bread and ham and coconut cake... and refused to weigh myself after that, until now.
Mostly I think that this is about salty ham and my tendency to eliminate once a week. I know, I know- most people go once a day, at least. My bowels grind to a halt when I diet. Once a week is all I get, in spite of eating fiber cereal, fiber bread, lots and lots of veggies and plenty of water. I probably could do better on the water- esp when I am at home-

In addition to my usual workout at the gym yesterday, I rode my bike there and back. (about 10 miles, total) It felt great to be out on my bike even though it was on mostly busy roads which scares me a bit since everyone is busy texting behind the wheel.

I've got a lot of work to do today and it is raining. Also, I want to clean out the winter clothes from my closet and organize the boxes and boxes of clothes in the attic. I have a clothes in sizes 8-18. It is a result of years worth of yo yo dieting. I'd love to have the courage to toss the big clothes.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
