Greetings Buddies!
The weather finally broke here in the Northland...warmer and sunny today!
I am working hard trying to sort through my food options. I eat the same stuff and miraculously do not get bored. I actually like broccoli and sweet potatoes, and my protein shakes, etc.
I have been consistently working out at Orange Theory for THREE MONTHS! I am more toned, and fit. Yesterday I was able to run on the treadmill on incline 10 ! Are you kidding me? I did it for three minutes but was amazed I could do it at all.
Now, if the Idiot Box would move down, I would feel the LOVE....

HCB--I"m right there with you. I tend to eat the same things too. Mainly because I know the caloric intake and also, I like them. I don't get too bored. I like to experiment with different veggies. Now that I've found this new Farmer's Market with foods from everywhere, I want to try them (not the fattening ones, but the veggies and health items).
I have to add in exercise. I went for my first 30 minute walk during lunch today. My problem, I HATE going to the gym alone. I will eventually get back there. LOL.

WTG, HCB!!! :D I'm glad you're not stressing about the scale. The fact that you've made such improvements is all the proof you need that you are making HUGE PROGRESS! Keep up the great work! :D

You are doing awesome on your fitness level! Incline 10?? Wow! At least you've got some good things going on so as to minimize the scale's defiance. Are you taking measurements? I'd be willing to bet you will see some changes there.
