Okay, so I've slacked off the last couple weeks, gained a few pounds, and overall just been terrible. But I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. I'm just gonna restart today. I'm gonna get back on the wagon and go from here. I've restarted monitoring my food intake and activity, and have increased my water intake. I will stop giving in to the sweets, snacks, and junk. I have gained and lost the same 5 pounds for the last 2 months, and I'm tired of it. I am determined to lost this weight, and have got to quit playing around. I've let life become an excuse (me sick, kids sick, stress) and I'm not going to do it anymore. Today is a new day. Today is the day I will recommit to changing my life!
