Man, I feel good!! Whoo! LOL I went to the gym last night, and then was back at 6:30 this morning! Both times made 10 laps and then this morning I played some ping pong too. Was so worried I would be exhausted by the time I got to work, but instead I feel energized and ready to face the day! Can't wait to go again! :) :)

Wish I had time to go in the mornings! By 'laps' do you mean swimming or laps around a track running? Swimming is wonderful, but when I was taking a swimming course in college, it WIPED ME OUT. Of course, I wasn't eating NEAR as well as I am now. Lesson learned. In the worst way. Happy Day Holli!

It was laps around the track--walking at a fast pace. I'm not back up to running/jogging yet. Hope to be in a couple weeks. I also hope to be swimming soon. I love it and miss it!! I haven't been swimming since I was 15! :)

Mom (my ping pong partner) called and said she has felt hyper all day. It's amazing the boost I've felt today. I could kick myself for not starting this last week--I'm sure it would have improved my week! :)
