Today is my high calorie day, but still trying to pick good choices. Hope to see a new number on the scale before the week's out!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 January 2013:

I haven't got to start yet. Having to wait on the paperwork to go through. :( I faxed the invoice to my corporate office yesterday, and I'm hoping I can start next week. I'm certainly more than ready to get started!! :)

Peanut butter is an easy way to add a healthy but high cal push to the intake; the other day I blended a smoothie of PB, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, ice, berries and a flavored (ICE) water to boost my cals - pretty good.
