Woke at 224.8, down 1.6 from yesterday. Working from home today. Popped some Lasix and flushing water and black coffee all day. Will eat later (if at all?) I did take a teaspoon of coconut oil to get the pills down easier. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm and then had more brats, hot dogs, Nordic Nut bread, cheese, and some tri-color peppers in olive oil. Weighed 221.4 before that. Moving water out nicely. Grabbed a nap from 7 pm to 10 pm after dinner. Woke at 220.0 for a new day's low.
