Happy Monday, fs!

Well, i did the best i could at pizza place. I took pix but tbh it doesn't look very good, so i am not posting. I logged everything, i am up 5#, hopefully just from salty food and wine. Ten days to check-in, and no more eating out!!!

I am right on the cusp of being able to get into like 75% of my clothes. I think 15 more pounds and it is going to be a whole new ballgame!

I was telling rm what i learned from t25, and that is that just doing something every day is more important than doing it well. I seriously am only doing about 2/3 of what they are doing on the screen. The rest is me doing windmills or sit-ups or hopping up and down. This round i am going to try to do more (including dreaded burpees). I am going to do 10 weeks of beta. If i improve enough, i may buy the expansion pack, we'll see. Also gotta figure out how to work some cize back in.

Yep, eating out is a killer. But you deserve it once and a while!!!! I am also working for the day when my clothes fit - it will be wonderful - have a super week!

Well, just to come clean, my check in is when the Minnesota state fair starts. I love the fair, and i plan to eat whatever i want. And we are planning to go several times. I have been planning this since March. So i really should be reining it way in for the next week and a half.

I'm on a 1,000 calories a day & eat out 3x/week. Got to watch the alcohol. Was doing 2 glasses of wine at 270 calories now doing a 1-1/2 shot for 1st drink & another of the same for 130 calories total. Try to get by on the one drink. It's tough. Good luck.
