Kind of fell of the wagon over the last few days. Ate several things I shouldn't have and drank a bunch of regular Ale 8. However, I got plenty of exercise. I participated in a volleyball tournament Saturday, and had ALOT of fun! We won the first game and lost the next two, but the games we lost were close. I thought we did really well considering the ages of some of our players and how long it had been since we all had played!! :)
178.0 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
