This has been such an amazing journey and im learning more about myself than I ever thought imaginable.
today I tried on my class ring that I have not worn in 4 years because of my weight gain, it finally fits again!!!! small gains!

218.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb. Still to go: 48.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.2 lb a week

That's wonderful! I'm wearing my engagement again for the first time in two years. It's already been enlarged once :/ However, I'm much older and my knuckles are growing, LOL!
