96 Hours Fasted; 18 to Go
Fasted Lift Day. Done. Deadlifts and weighted Chins. Hit my target reps on Chins. Missed on Deads. In looking back over my misses while fasted, I can move the weight, I just can't get all the reps. Going forward I am going to try continuing fasted lifting while lowering my rep range to 3-5 (from 5-7). I think with this adjustment I will be able to return to my every other day lifting schedule while lifting fasted for the duration of my cut.
5 miles on the ellip post lift + abs + sauna. 2 litres of Swamp Ass today. Hit the Mex Mart to stock up on the value priced lime juice. 188# on the gym scale. 187.8# at home.

Great work! I noticed today that after I hopped off the elliptical I recovered pretty quickly. Could have gotten back on. Usually I want to take a nap after just my regular 1.5 miles. Surprising to have so much energy with no food!

@jimmiepop - I have energy, with cardio I'm on fire :) Yes, I can also lift, but I am not trying to lift what you're lifting.
