I am excited because my Red Sox are in town for three games against the Twins and we will go to all three games! Of course, I am a Boston fan because it is my hometown after all!
It is a cloudy right now so we hope there is no rain tonight.

I say, BS. If it is a true lifestyle change and a way of eating - then there are seldom exceptions because it is the "exceptions" that lead me back to hell! I have to practice for maintenance!
We are allowed to bring food inside so I am trying for a Jimmy John's Unwich - lettuce wrap. I will bring an Epic bar and some almonds, too.
I plan to try to stick with my plan for two games, and on the third game may allow ONE thing off plan. Not sure yet because I really really really want a drop this weekend on the Idiot Box!

Short Range Goals:
* Movement down on the Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle by year end 2018
* Bodyfat % reading with trainer when I hit 175lb
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals: 2018/2019
*Bodyfat at 26% or less (Current 29.8%) by end 2018/early 2019
*Longer range body fat goal is 22% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs staying under goal weight by end 2018/early 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
