So I totally had a bad eating day yesterday!! I didn't go over my calorie limit, but I got very close to it. I started out okay yesterday morning. By the afternoon, although I hadn't eaten much, I was wanting to eat anything and everything!! So, I get home, and I am determined that I am just going to have soup...hubby says hey want to pick up steak dinners to go? YEAH!! I eat steak and fried shrimp, a baked potato. I was good and had salad, but then I had a cookie too! SHAME, SHAME!! I felt horrible afterwards for eating it, so I went walking, then worked extra hard in my workout. I don't know if it made a big difference, but I'm glad I did it. Hopefully the damage won't be too bad!!

At least you didn't have the big steak dinner and opted for the salad, I can't say I would have had that much willpower. And, walking and working out had to have helped with that cookie, at least you burned calories. I was having a hard time yesterday too, I wanted a candy bar all day, I resisted a big one, but did have a mini from my candy dish. One day won't completely undo your work especially if you didn't go over your calories. :)
