Boom! Down again and while being a bit sloppy with my macros. Trying to move a family of six makes it hard to manage the details, but apparently I'm learning to eyeball portions and choose appropriate foods.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
