Good list! My current yo-yo response started with BP meds/ side effects but also a response to almost outgrowing available "normal" clothes sizes, and wanting to have a better opinion of myself and my appearance. Good Luck with your efforts!

I have the same problems with bingeing. I found that these things helped:
-eating very slowly so it feels like you're eating more
-every time you feel like bingeing, watch 20 mins of telly or read a book for 20 mins (cravings only last 20 mins on average)
-baked beans are a great alternative to sugary treats as they have lots of sugar, but it's still a meal and has lots of fiber and protein in it too
-if you find yourself craving nothing in particular, drink a cup of tea or coffee
-fruit is your friend. It is sugary and you can eat large bowls of it and still be low calorie
I hope this helps...
