annoyed at myself, I'm always saying the same thing, "I'll start fresh tomorrow" but already had to binge days This week. I don't even know where it's coming from. I'm not as stressed due to hard exams being over. I thing it might boredom or just not feeling satisfied with the foods I'm eating. im probably annoying people now but any meals that leave you feeling satisfied and nicely full? x

Cheese and eggs do for me. How about a cheesy omelette with onions and peppers and a mixed salad? Spicy food too - a curry with choice of bread or rice or, if you’re trying low carb, cauliflower rice. Have fun experimenting👍🏻

Lots of whole foods - my favourites are avocado, salmon (grilled or smoked), apples (very filling - Braeburn taste the best to me!), turkey rashers, eggs. When you feel peckish try nuts - not roasted or salted just plain they taste great just need to get used to the taste of the actual nut and not the added salt 😅

Avocado, eggs, salmon, chicken, cottage cheese & quinoa are go to foods for me. I'm trying to add a bit more variety, too. I fix the eggs different ways. Lately I've been making egg salad and using paprika and cayenne pepper to give it a kick!

I love the marketside Kale salads from Walmart. they have the full calorie count on the bag, lots of flavor, and keeps me full. I also eat Starkist Tuna Creations in a pouch. 70-90 calories depending on the flavor you prefer. this is 100% protein and also helps me stay full💕

Dietary fat increases satiety and "holds" you for longer than protein or carbohydrate. A mug of coffee with two tablespoons of heavy whipping cream in the morning, when I'm extending my overnight intermittent fast, is very effective despite not being "filling." Including butter to meals whenever I can, as long as I stay within my calorie limit, keeps me from snacking between meals. I'm amazed at how well this works, after spending years starving on low-fat diets!

I am with Phooka on this! Also mushrooms are my best friend at the moment, low in carbs and really filling if cooked in butter. Also full fat yogurt keeps your tummy full with a few berries and chopped almonds. Dinner can be curries with cauliflower rice, meatballs with courgetti or meat and vegetables casseroles. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day, draw a line under it and forgive yourself! Best of luck!

I know. Exams are hard on me, too. I often make things that are diet friendly in large quantities. Plum stew is a nice thing to have for breakfast with some yoghurt or granola. To make it, just put however many plums you have in a pan with a tsp of cinnamon and a tbsp of water and boil the water off while gently stirring, then turn the heat down really low and let it simmer until the liquid is thickish and syrupy and the plums are red/pink/purple and soft (almost disintegrating) I also make sweet potato bread. Take 1 and 1/2 cups of mashed/blended sweet potato and the same amount of plain flour and mix it with 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tsp of baking powder. Mix that with 1/4 cup of honey (optional) and 1/4 cup of water then, when it looks like a dough, slam it in the oven for 45 mins at 180C. It should come out kinda doughy in the middle
