I would love to be a vegetarian or, better, vegan. It somehow seems so pure, noble and altruistic. But I just can't do it. I am mostly plant based--easy 75%--tons of veggies, legumes, some whole grains and healthy plant fats and fruit too. But that other 25%? I am all about a serious pork chop, a great burger or lovely lovely turkey thigh!
