Paris, first welcome to Fatsecret!! Joining and deciding to do the Atkins WOE (WAY OF EATING) is the first step to a healthier, thinner, happier you!! Here are a few tips that help me:
1. Record ALL, and I mean ALL, of your food.
2. Do not use any low fat products.
3. Eat 2 cups of salad a day, and 1 cup of other acceptable vegetables.
4. Your percentages should be around 55-60% fat, 30% protein, and
around 10-15% carbohydrates.
5. Do what you can for exercise, even if it is only walking 15
minutes several times a day.
6. Get enough rest.
7. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, the more the better.
8. RELY ON YOUR FAT SECRET FRIENDS TO HELP WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU
CAN'T DO IT BY YOURSELF AND WHEN YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! IN OTHER
