I feel like i am losing some of my momentum. I am down ~33# out of ~100+ that i need to lose, so now is not the time to fizzle out. I would like to lose another 30 by the end of august. That would put me at the low end of obese. My food prep has been good, IF has been good, exercise has been pretty good, but i have been drinking too much and it is impossible to do and lose. I feel like i am on a long car trip and just stopped for the first lunch and a stretch, and i need to get back to it.

You really can't tell that i have lost weight, although i think my skin looks better/fresher and i can move a little easier (like when i put on socks, grrrr). I also have lost inches. I am just tryyyyying to have faith that sooner or later it is going to show, i just have to keep at it.

it's a long process but you have very good progress. if you are feeling stalled look to change things up with in the overall foundation of your plan. you are doing great. keep the faith and moving forward!

When I look at your weight history I see that our weight was very close back in March and it is still close today. I am 'over the moon' excited with my progress :) However, I was fasting most of the time while you were eating food I could only dream of ever eating again :) We clearly do not have anywhere near the same metabolism. You are very very blessed :)

Ty jlente and adef! Just to clarify, i definitely feel good about my progress, it is more that i feel like my mental discipline and toughness is tired. Also, adefwebserver, i am a 5'2" woman, so even though we weigh the same, i am guessing we wear it very differently!

I'm 5'8" so yes there is a difference, but at the rate you're going in a few months this will be a distant memory :)
