Ran 4 and hit the pool for an hour on Saturday.

Ran 9 Sun AM and rode the bike for and hour Sun PM.

Got 3 in Mon AM and did short workout.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
