Beginning three week 20 carb/day challenge.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1124 kcal Fat: 69.06g | Prot: 76.39g | Carb: 49.66g.   Breakfast: Calorie Free Sweetener, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Heavy Cream. Lunch: Cos or Romaine Lettuce, tamari, black sesame seeds, olive oil, slivered almonds, rice wine vinegar, avocado, Arugula Lettuce, Rotissorie chicken breast. Dinner: Cream Cheese, capers, Sliced Smoked Nova Salmon, asparagus. Snacks/Other: Red Raspberries, Fume Blanc Wine, club soda. more...
