I haven't weighed but am likely 137-8ish. when I started working I stopped working out w any regularity and the eating went to help pretty much. I've tried to keep the protein high so as to preserve muscle and the job is very strenuous at that.
Suddenly I've had a personal epiphany after reading some interesting articles, YouTube channels and considering my personal health challenges.
I plan to transition to a meatless diet and may go further and drop dairy also in time. this is huge for me. but knowing what is in my family history and knowing I've struggled to keep certain tests in any respectable range I think this is the one thing I would almost never have considered.

I'm excited and hopeful and I also know ive enjoyed eating many animal products. So first to vegetarian and possibly a fully whole food plant based way of eating. I think it will be so enjoyable to make veggies and fruits promonant. I like cooking and flavors and there are so many high quality sources of menus and advice. I may end up a vegan or a flexitarian but it has begun.

There's a Bright Lines eating group here on FS that may help with your transition, no matter how far you chose to go with it. Myself, I went Vegetarian for 1 year, then was Pescetarian for 3 years before moving to AZ where fresh seafood was not on the menu. I then reintroduced Poultry to my diet, but NO Mammals. While I have greatly reduced my dairy intake, I haven't given it up completely. There are a lot of great tasting nondairy and vegan products out there, but there are times when those aren't readily available.

I went dairy free first. What a relief 😊 then I stopped eating meat nearly 2 years ago now. Never looked back ☺
