OKKKK looking good so far. MAN I was almost ready to give up last night, not feeling my best and a bit down. But I'm so happy I 'stood fast' and kept on going on.
Again I realize weighing everyday and marking the creeps (up/down/up/down) is probably not for everyone BUT it works for me right now. I do have to invest in a better scale eventually but I think I'll wait until my weight is at its target range. I am planning on being between 138-142, my best weight when I was younger. Granted that was not consistent but it was the one I always felt best at.
I watched "the magic pill" on Netflix last night (someone here talked about it) and wow it motivated me. So I'm going on Keto now. I remember doing low carb in my younger years and it worked BUT I had big issues with portion control. I think I am beginning to be more conscious of that and will strive to keep the portions and percentage of fat/protein/healthy carbs within a good range.
