I've done myself in again. I have good intentions but I believe I am paving my way to hell with them. I pulled out the summer clothes from last year, which were snug when I packed them away. Now they are just plan TIGHT. I've got to get serious at some point. I'd like to blame things that are going on in my life right now but I know it's really all just me.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

dont be hard on yourself.. use those clothes as a method to keep on track. i kept a picture of myself, where i was happiest with my weight.. keep ur eye on the prize.. tell urself that by june, you are getting into ur clothes.. small steps nd small goals.. one step at a time.. u got this.. 👍😁
