Hello to everyone out there! I'm working out of town this week and will not be home to my scale for a few days. I miss seeing the scale everyday for some motivation. I'm doing pretty good with calories and macros and hopefully will see some progress when I get back home. I enjoy reading all your posts and wish you all the best!
