Ok, Mr Scale notified me I was ignoring him. I haven't logged a weight since last week when I started this. I've juggled those 5 pounds for a long time..... now comes the hard part. Let the games begin!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
