1330 kcal Fat: 43.51g | Prot: 55.50g | Carb: 107.95g.   Breakfast: kashi autumn cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, walmart mixed fruit bowl, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, broccoli slaw, Caesar salad dressing cardini, coffee, tomato, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
