This is my own creation. Red quinoa with cucumber, tomato, avocado, kalamata olives and shrimp, drizzled with olive oil & lime juice, salt, pepper and basil.

That creation looks damn yummy, I've taken notes to try it out sometime!

It is good! And super easy! I sauteed the shrimp in a little olive oil and added a little cayenne, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. The rest is just as I described, with sea salt to taste.

Haaaaa I miss quinoa! The household beast developed a taste for it, so it was easier not to make any, and then joining FS pulled me to the keto dark side just as an experiment ... Looks delicious!
