I somehow messed my account up so I have started over. I have actually been on the Abs diet since Jan. 2 and started at 210. So, I have lost 11 pounds in a month.

The last 3 days have been really hard. I have been sooooo hungry. I just can't seem to get full. I have maintained my 11 pound loss, but have not lost anything more in about a week. I know I am nearing my "monthly friend" and I think that is why I am craving so many things that did not phase me a week ago.
