I haven't weighed in but know that I need to. I can see that I have lost some fat (inches) by the way my clothes fit and I am able to push through some of the circuits my trainer has me on now from three weeks ago. My strength and endurance is slowly building. I am eating healthier, I occasionally cheat but will be more diligent about not cheating so I can see results faster.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
