I originally was following the weight watchers diet and counting points but since then I have met with a personal trainer, wellness coach, and nutritionist and I realize I need to make more changes. So it has become my own diet as I am incorporating some of the weight watchers and I am eating My Fit Foods for some breakfast and lunch meals. I eat more protein on days that I am working out (hard workout) and I eat more vegetables and fruits on days I have a light workout or not working out at all. I still aim to consume between 120-200 ounces of water a day. 200 oz is the max as it is 66% of my body weight. I have cut out soft drinks, certain juices, and bottled tea (only drinking organic tea). I have cut out white bread, mayonnaise, sweets, and junk food.
