Trying a carb up today... wish me luck lol
237.6 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah I think you have to go to the website - can't do it on the phone. Go to Myfatsecret and on the right side there is a button My Image.
