225.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1775 kcal Fat: 97.65g | Prot: 67.79g | Carb: 169.45g.   Breakfast: 1 peach,  light cheese stick, 1 hard boiled egg, coffee with vanilla nut creamer. Lunch: Roasted Almonds Lightly Salted with Sea Salt. Dinner: Potato & Cheddar Pierogies, caesar salad, pork roast. Snacks/Other: turkey hill skinny minty light, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt, cherries, fritos corn chips. more...
