Happier today that I was down! I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day but I can't help it! Today will be tough at the Kest's but I am going to try very hard to keep control! Good luck to me!
223.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
