So the plan for this attempt is to stay within my calorie goal at least 6 days a week. Food rules are no starchy carbs. Anything with flour, rice, or potatoes is out. Green vegetables are in, and we'll see about fruit. No alcohol and as little sugar as possible. And eat whole foods as much as possible.
