I’m headed to Costco later for grocery shopping. I’ve been getting bored of the same old scrambled eggs with meat and cheese for breakfast but love how quick and easy it is. Anyone have any go-to favorites (not just breakfast foods, I’m open to all suggestions!) from Costco? I’m doing a high protein, moderate fat diet. Or any favorite breakfasts?

I like the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches with sausage egg and cheese. They are frozen ready-to-eat.

Greek Yogurt Protein Pancakes Makes two servings Ingredients ¾ c Greek yogurt 1 egg 1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour 1/4 c whey protein powder 1/4 tsp baking soda Instructions Combine the greek yogurt, egg, (** or and egg whites) until creamy In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Mix the wet with the dry and stir until the batter is just combined. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Cook the pancakes as you would any other.
