Katsolo's Journal, 25 April 2018

Spilling my guts today, or more like nuts. Didn't get home until late last night, almost 9, ate about 2oz of nuts, which wasn't the worst thing ever, but it wasn't on plan, and i figure about 500 extra calories. Done and over. We did walk a long way, I did close all three rings. I did eat dinner after that, but it was more about getting food into me than enjoying anything.

Today is a new day. Went to a breakfast meeting at work. Faked my way through it with scrambled eggs which are legal on plan. Ate my two meals before and after, so overall, i did pretty well. Going into the office some 20# lighter since the last time people saw me was a lot of fun. Good motivation going forward. Will cut an oz or two off my chicken protein meal this evening. Or not, depends on how hungry I am and what I did to earn it. :D
