good afternoon I've been taking creatine for several months now and since I've had this bicycle accident I've been wondering what I should do as far as whether I need to keep taking the creatine to help heal me faster which I don't know if I'll heal any faster or not... I was watching YouTube and came acrossed this site and thought I'd pass it along because it's just not about building muscle but also what else it can do for you I'm not here to push creatine I mean I find that it works really good for me when I'm riding and if it helps me feel better then by all means I plan to keep using it...

a nutritionist or my food coach has she prefers to be called what's the first one that told me about using creatine and how it would benefit me along with protein shake when I did my workouts I can definitely tell a difference when I do take the creatine and no it's not like a buzz like you would get from say caffeine but yet when you're riding or when you're doing to work out I'm sure I can tell the difference in the way my body feels where in the way my muscles feel after I've had a scoop of creatine along with my protein shake as I said I'm not here to push it I'm just here to show you what I found when I was watching YouTube while ago I did send out an email to my food coach slash nutritionist to ask her if it would help speed up my recovery..

have a great day everyone
