Back down today, so no gain no loss. We just keep moving. Took a full body pic today in a public bathroom. Not bad. Before I moved, I had a big ol' mirror in my house and it was easy to see how I looked. 12 years later, I wonder if I should have installed a similar mirror in this house. Not really anywhere to put it, but I couldn't hide from the changes that snuck up on me.
I just looked at the pic of yesterday's lunch. That was delicious. I'll need to try and make it again soon. Today's wasn't bad, just not as pretty and I was in more of a hurry.
Tonight is puppy class, but long pack walk first. Great weather for it. Looking forward to it.
