I was able to accomplish a loss with intuitive eating. I’ve actually learned how to eat in a way and exercise more so that I can meet some goals and still have some fun. I logged most of what I ate but was a little more relaxed this week on MyFitnessPal. So happy to not have to be so strict on the calorie counting.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's where I got about two years ago, but for me it came by really studying what I ate, weighing and recording everything I put in my mouth, changing some bad habits, and watching how the scale reacted to the foods that I ate. It's one of those things in life, if you want to really learn something new you have to really study it, and put the effort in to it.
