Time restricted eating is the most consistent way for me to lose weight. Plus, I like the control it puts back on my own hands. As a morbidly obese person for at least 2 decades, Following a multitude of different diets left me feeling like I was not in control, the diet was in control. It didn't give me the ability to listen to my body when I needed to. Then in times of Overeating, it made me feel out of control and helpless. I have to end the cycle.

So, this plan I am constructing has meaning names 5:2 diet, Intermittent fasting, 16:8 diet, Alternate Day eating, long term water fasting, OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet, Short term Water Fasting. It will be a combination of them all mainly. At the heart of it the goal is to stretch out the time in between meals as long as you can stand it. Random the pattern and do it often. Shocking the body and not letting it get use to one particular pattern of eating.

I started on Monday April 16th 2018. For this first week, I had eating "What I Want" days alternated with water only days. How did I do? Did 2 solid days of water only. Felt fine. Rest of the week I had dinner only. Ate what I wanted. But when I ate it was in a compressed time frame of 1-2 hours. Water, Tea, diet soda, low sugar friut drinks for the rest of the hours during my eat day. Lost 11 pounds. Mostly water I am sure but bringing inflammation down is important too so I am satisfied.

I accept the fact that excess body fat is stored food. I just need to figure out a way to give my body the CONTROLLED FAMINE it is sitting there waiting for.
323.0 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 40.6 lb a week
