just had a hiking holiday
where I ate very healthy -no sugar or ETOH and walked 4-6 hours a days so lost 10 lbs in one month!!
2 lbs to go
127.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

ETOH is Alcohol - so no wine and or beer for me for 4 weeks and it made a difference. Lots of empty calories in alcohol. Thanks for your support and comment!
