I joined FS to lose weight. The food tracking and like-minded people are a very important part of what I need to be successful.
10 lbs need to be gone, that's the outcome based goal.
The process goals are: daily food tracking, bi-weekly weigh-in, monitor sleep, surround myself with like-minded people and be accountable, make sure I drink 2-3 litres of fluids daily.
I also need to be attentive to all the things I do right and not focus only on things I do wrong.

I"m borderline IBS too, and my list of safe foods is shrinking with time. Low FODMAP food list is on my fridge and I live by it. I also have severe intolerance to peppers, so that's another veggie I can't eat. I basically live on spinach, zucchini, green beans and lettuce. Occasional cucumber and tomato salad (in summer, with feta and olives, yum!). I must say bread (in moderation) doesn't bother me too much. 2 weeks ago I ate asparagus and I wanted to die!! If you have any good recipe please share! I just made a pretty good zucchini soup, super basic but I love it.
